There is no limit on the number of VoIP Phone users you can have but this soltion is a small business phone system tpically for 2 to 5 users, if you require more users (desk phones) then you may need take a look at out Business Phone Systems.
Can I port my existing number(s)?
Absolutley, we can port numbers into phoneline plus, so that you can continue to use you existing business telephone number.
Do I need a physical phone?
There is a choice of a deskphone and DECT Cordless hanset, but you can use Phonline Plus by just downloading our desktop or mobile apps to make and receive calls
Can I transfer my existing internet connection to the VoIP Phone and Internet bundle?
Yes, the VoIP Phone and internet bundle is designed so that you can migrate existing service to the bundle minimising downtime. Do I get control over how my number rings?
Yes, This is a self service solution, made easy to use and manage for end users. Every Phoneline plus users gets access to call controls, analytics and features through the available web portal, desktop and mobile applications.
How long is the contract?
We offer our small business phone system with 12, 24, and 36 months contracts, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
