Your license allocates a new telephone number from which you can make & receive calls and take advantage of all the features Raw Phoneline Plus offers before you move your existing number.

With Raw Phoneline Plus, you will also be able to add a new geographical number to your account at no extra cost, allowing you to advertise local area numbers from the towns you want to target the most.

How many users (phonelines) can I have?

There is no limit on the number of Phoneline Plus users you can have, but this solution is a small business phone system typically for 2 to 5 users.

Can I port my existing number(s)?

Absolutely. We can port numbers into Phoneline Plus, so that you can continue to use you existing business telephone number.

Do I need a physical phone?

There is a choice of a desk phone and DECT Cordless handset, but you can use Phoneline Plus by just downloading our desktop or mobile apps to make and receive calls.

Do I need the internet to use Phoneline Plus?

Yes. Phoneline Plus is a VoIP Phone service so it uses the internet to make and receive calls, but if you are using the mobile app, then the service works perfectly over mobile data and is very low on data usage. Raw also provides SoGEA and FTTP business broadband if you would like to consolidate all your providers into one.

Do I get control over how my number rings?

Yes. This is a self service solution, made easy to use and manage for end users. Every Phoneline Plus user gets access to call controls, analytics and features through the available web portal, desktop and mobile application.

How long is the contract?

We offer our small business phone system with 12, 24, and 36 month contracts, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
